1. Restrict background data
Lots of apps
on your device consumes large amount of data while running in the background.
These apps not only use your internet data but they also drain your battery and
make your device run slow. It is safe to restrict background data.
For
restricting background data, go to Settings >> Data Usage then to options
menu and select Restrict Background Data option.
2. Enable
Power Saving Mode
Different
android phones have different ‘power saving modes’ which reduces the screen
brightness and reduces CPU usage. When a
phone reaches a defined battery level, basic power saving mode is activated.
You can also turn this whenever you want.
To do this,
go to Settings >> Battery >> Activate Power Saving Mode.

Mode, by default, is hidden by Google. You manually have to enable this. It can

If u have enabled Developer Mode (if

Developer Options >> Windows Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale
and Animation Duration Scale. From this, you can manage animations.
6. Clear Default Apps
Some apps have their default
properties like chrome for browsing, facebook, twitter, etc. you can change this
default setting too.
For this, go to Settings >>
Apps >> Select the app you want to clear defaults and choose clear
defaults.
